Summer School Day 7

1)  Read the following articles in the NY Times on rape and sexual assault.

Answer the following question in a new google document titled, "Rape Explained." 

• In a five paragraph expository essay, explain why rape occurs.  
• Conduct some research, cite some facts and statistics, and inject your own opinions with strong real-life examples.  
• Use the MLA format. 
• You should have a works cited page.
• Spelling and grammar count
• Your paper should be a minimum of 2 full pages.

This assignment is due on Friday, 19 July by the end of the school day.

2) Read Titus Andronicus Act IV.  It will be shared with you in your Google Drive.

3) Study for vocabulary test 2.  Your vocabulary test will include all possible vocabulary terms.  You should use quizlet and your vocabulary document to assist you in studying for the test.
